Plan was to head way out for big Mangrove Snapper but was very surprised at the NE winds I felt in my face at the end of the inlet. With the chop, the NE winds and some storm clouds threatening, we kept it close trolling for Kingfish less than 10 miles from shore. Went 1/2 on the Kings losing one just out of gaff reach at the boat. When the storm clouds developed a bit more, we brought back right to the beach and fished for Flounder, and Weakfish. Also caught a small Whiting and some Croakers. Always have to be ready to adapt to the ever changing weather circumstances.
